Through diligent and tireless efforts, the staff at the National Control Center continue to perform their highly precise and critical duties around the clock, monitoring and operating the nation's power grid system.
From a massive control screen, operators in the Center's Operations Division track the grid's management systems, identify technical faults, and detect any power disruptions—while simultaneously overseeing the ongoing maintenance programs implemented by the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy across all sectors.
The division is also responsible for optimizing energy usage within safe operational limits to ensure uninterrupted power supply to customers. Additionally, it coordinates with relevant ministry departments to swiftly address outages, technical issues, or other problems, restoring power as quickly as possible.
