Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaileh, Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, chaired preparatory meetings on Sunday for Kuwait's hosting of the 11th Meeting of GCC Ministers of Social Affairs and Social Development, scheduled for September 1-4 with accompanying events.

In a press statement, Minister Al-Huwaileh emphasized that hosting this meeting represents a significant opportunity to:

• Enhance cooperation among GCC states

• Exchange expertise in social and developmental fields

• Strengthen joint Gulf action in social welfare

The meeting was attended by:

• Representatives from the Public Authority for Manpower

• Officials from the Civil Service Bureau
