Rabat - His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the Moroccan monarch and Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, directed on Monday the dispatch of additional humanitarian assistance to the people of Gaza, reaffirming Morocco's steadfast support and tangible solidarity with the Palestinian people.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, the aid shipment includes approximately 100 tons of food supplies and medicines, specifically targeting vulnerable groups, particularly children and infants.
"The King has ensured that this humanitarian aid, like previous shipments, will be transported by air to ensure urgent and direct delivery to the Palestinian beneficiaries," the statement emphasized.
The ministry further noted that "this royal initiative reflects His Majesty's deep concern over the critical humanitarian situation in Gaza and his unwavering commitment to alleviating the suffering of its population."
