"We are working in accordance with the directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al-Abdullah," he said.
