The Ministry of Education has announced disciplinary measures against all members of the technical team involved in a tender within the Educational Affairs sector, as well as several specialists in the Supplies and Warehouses Department. This follows the detection of several administrative and organizational violations related to the procedures followed. The Ministry is addressing the shortcomings uncovered during the investigation and taking measures to prevent their recurrence. It will not tolerate any violations or breaches that compromise the integrity of procedures or the requirements of public service. All necessary measures will be taken to protect public funds, enhance institutional performance, and achieve the public interest. Minister Al-Tabtabai is committed to ensuring the integrity of all procedures related to tenders and contracts and reviewing any observations. Within the framework of its commitment to establishing the principles of transparency and integrity and strengthening the governance and oversight system in its various operations, thereby ensuring the protection of public funds and guaranteeing the integrity of administrative, technical, and financial procedures, the Ministry of Education has continued its efforts to monitor all contracts and tenders according to the highest standards of accountability and adherence to the laws and regulations governing government work.

In this regard, the Ministry of Education announced the completion of the work of the impartial investigation committee, which was formed by ministerial decree to examine the observations and violations raised regarding the procedures of a tender for the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of specialized equipment and supplies for schools, after the completion of the review and audit of all relevant documents and procedures.
