This follows the detection of several administrative and organizational violations related to the procedures followed. The Ministry is addressing the shortcomings uncovered during the investigation and taking measures to prevent their recurrence. It will not tolerate any violations or breaches that compromise the integrity of procedures or the requirements of public service. All necessary measures will be taken to protect public funds, enhance institutional performance, and achieve the public interest. In this regard, the Ministry of Education announced the completion of the work of the impartial investigation committee, which was formed by ministerial decree to examine the observations and violations raised regarding the procedures of a tender for the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of specialized equipment and supplies for schools, after the completion of the review and audit of all relevant documents and procedures.
