Samsung's Device Experience (DX) division employees are preparing to hold a protest rally on July 16 near the company's factory in Suwon, objecting to the significant disparity in performance bonuses between their division and those of their Device Solutions (DS) division. This move comes after Samsung reached an agreement in May with the DS workers' union, which resulted in substantial performance bonuses for semiconductor employees, an agreement that sparked resentment among workers in other divisions. According to reports, DX sector employees are expected to receive bonuses of around 6 million Korean won, while DS sector employees may receive bonuses of up to 600 million Korean won, a difference of up to 100 times.
