Sony has announced the new Bravia 6 OLED TV, a budget-friendly option positioned below the Bravia 8 and Bravia 8 II OLED TVs, and also below the Bravia 9 II and Bravia 7 II RGB LED models. The Bravia 6 name previously appeared in a wall-mount compatibility chart in June, before Sony officially confirmed its inclusion in their lineup.

The Bravia 6 is Sony's first OLED TV with four HDMI 2.1 ports. It features a 120Hz refresh rate panel, runs Google TV with Gemini, and supports Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X. Sony has not confirmed whether the four HDMI 2.1 ports indicate the presence of a MediaTek Pentonic 800 processor, a requirement for Dolby Vision 2.0.
