Umniah, a Beyon company, is close to launching the largest data center in Amman after achieving Tier III certification..

Umniah, a Beyon company and ranked as the best mobile network in Jordan, announced that its new data center in Amman has received Tier III Certification of Design Documents (TCDD) certification from the Uptime Institute, a global authority specializing in certifying digital infrastructure performance standards. This achievement comes as the new center, which will be the largest in Amman, nears its launch.

The certification confirms that the data center's design documents meet the global requirements of the Tier III standard, reflecting the reliability, flexibility, and maintainability incorporated into its design. The new center represents a significant step forward in Umniah's ongoing development of its digital infrastructure, building upon its existing expertise and investments in data centers, communications, connectivity networks, and ICT solutions.


Amjad Farouqa, Executive Director of Information Security and Business Continuity at Umniah, said: “Achieving Tier III certification for our design documentation is a significant milestone in the development of our new data center, reflecting the level of ambition and standards we are setting for the next phase.
