Dr. Mohammad Khalaf, Head of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Al-Babtain Burns & Plastic Surgery Center and Conference Chairman, stated that the 2nd Kuwait Conference on Reconstructive & Plastic Surgery (KCRPS) represents a strategic milestone in positioning Kuwait as a regional and international leader in the field. In a Tuesday press statement, Dr. Khalaf announced the conference will launch this Thursday under the patronage of Health Minister Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi, in collaboration with the Kuwait Surgeons Society and featuring international participation.
