WhatsApp has announced the launch of a new feature called Message Translation, which allows users to translate texts within conversations directly.

The feature works in individual and group conversations as well as in channels, where the user can press and hold any message written in a different language, then choose a translation and select the language to translate from or to. Subtitles can also be downloaded for later use.
